Incarcerated Re-Entry Support
Our Incarcerated Re-Entry Support program is designed to assist individuals transitioning back into society after incarceration. We provide essential services such as identification assistance, clothing packages, transportation help, and referrals for housing, employment, and substance abuse counseling. Re-entry can be a difficult and overwhelming journey, but with the right support system in place, it becomes a pathway to transformation and success. By partnering with local agencies and providing holistic case management, we aim to reduce recidivism and empower formerly incarcerated individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity, purpose, and hope.
